SONITPUR POLYTECHNIC

Department of Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering Department started along with the establishment of Sonitpur Polytechnic in 2017. The branch offers Diploma in Engineering( Civil) with an intake of 60 students per year. As of now, the Department comprises of 3 faculties. The Department is well equipped with laboratories and focuses on developing theoretical as well as practical knowledge simultaneously for making its students technically sound. The first batch of students passed out with excellent results in 2020 and many of them are now placed in well known organisations while some are continuing their higher education at renowned institutions.
